What is MTM?

MTM is a teaching system that makes one aware of the most efficient and most natural mechanics in the game at both the physical and physiological levels, in conjunction with one's feel and instinct, and how to explore them to bring about one's own idiosyncratic, perfect game.

What is MTMCA?

Modern Tennis Methodology Coaches Association (MTMCA) is a unique new organization that certifies tennis teachers throughout the world via its online MTM (Oscar Wegner's Modern Tennis Methodology) University, and through on-court and video evaluation.

Registered ATP player support coach Rev. Bob Kraft: "Coaching since 1972, I have attained USPTA Pro 1, National Tester PTR, USTA Clinician, worked for Nick Bollettieri and worked with world number one players.  I noticed the pros played differently than I learned to coach through traditional learning methods and organizations.  MTM matched how I see the pros play.  Parents and coaches from the tour and players around the world shared with me that these top 100 ranked players used a simplified and modern method at the earliest stages and stuck with it.  Players expressed to me they developed a top game by keeping their game simple, feeling the ball, and they were looking for ways to make their learning affordable.  In Oscar's method I found all three: simplified, natural, and affordable. I have joined with MTMCA as a Director and believe that a person with MTM can empower an individual, revolutionize a coach's club, or a national program."

Much research has gone into making MTMCA and the MTM University the best certified education available today. Here students can find a tennis coach trained in simple, easy-to-follow techniques, and coaches can receive quality training in a proven-effective, easy-to-apply system in how to become a tennis coach.  Members of other organizations are also welcome.

MTMCA will work with National, State, High School and Parks organizations as well as International Federations to simplify instruction and thus bring millions of new players into the game. The Goal of MTMCA

The purpose of MTMCA is to make available to the masses a tennis teaching methodology that, when applied diligently, will result in a greater sense of ability and enthusiasm for this wonderful sport.   MTMCA seeks to achieve its purpose with resoluteness, determination and a vision of clarity, good will and kindness, intended to help people play a better game.
